Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics or a similar role.
• Experience in Shipping/International freight forwarding is an advantage (airfreight/ocean freight).
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics in general.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and basic MS Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on Philippine public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Transport Booking: Create and confirm transport orders for delivery to final customer.
• Document Handling: Prepare, validate, and distribute import/export documents.
• Issue Resolution: Track shipment status and coordinate quick resolutions.
• Customer Support: Assist in managing incidents and exceptions with Customer Service.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Supplier Performance: Identify issues and suggest improvements.
• System Updates: Ensure shipment data is current in the system.
• Team Support: Mentor and assist team members.
