Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Associate People Partner to support Southeast Asia. You will help plan and deliver People initiatives, coordinate regional programs, and manage HR processes in Workday, while delivering timely analytics and reporting.

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders across time zones, support recruitment coordination, and drive process improvements in a dynamic, diverse environment that values inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Education, certifications, training, or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience supporting Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, Program Management, or similar functions.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or equivalent HRIS.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of key People initiatives, including Talent Review, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, Wellness, and Organizational Change programs.
• Coordinate regional People programs, track milestones and deliverables, maintain project plans, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines.
• Organize People-related meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and coordination across multiple time zones.
• Support annual People processes such as Goal Setting, Performance Conversations, Talent Reviews, and organizational data management by monitoring completion and data quality.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and insights related to headcount, vacancies, turnover, promotions, diversity, and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate interviews, candidate communications, onboarding activities, and hiring-related reporting.
• Collaborate with People Partners, business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of regional People initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, support automation initiatives, and enhance employee and manager experiences through data and technology.
