Job summary

Join FIS as a Network Engineer I in the Philippines, delivering SD-WAN and enterprise network services. The role offers hybrid work (three days in-office, two days remote) and PH Night Shift support for clients.

Work with a global team to troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve network incidents while coordinating with carriers and service providers. Develop expertise in SD-WAN technologies and managed services within a strong ITSM environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting and operating SD-WAN environments, preferably VeloCloud SD-WAN by Arista.
Knowledge of WAN technologies including BGP, dynamic routing, static routing and circuit troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs and switching concepts.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots circuit-related and layer 1-2 network issues related to SD-WAN deployments by collaborating with carriers, ISPs, and vendors/partners.
Performs basic configuration in the SD-WAN and legacy network environments.
Follows documented network services processes and procedures.
Monitors, responds, and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets.
Utilizes ServiceNow to document status updates and resolutions.
Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management.
