Job summary

NCS Group is seeking Technical Delivery Engineers to join Singtel Philippines and support Singtel Singapore operations. You will implement, configure, and support SD‑WAN and network devices, perform service provisioning and validation, and ensure successful delivery with strong collaboration across teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks, SD‑WAN platforms, and security concepts.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in network implementation, service provisioning, deployment, or related roles.
Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise network solutions including SD‑WAN, MPLS IPVPN, WAN, LAN, and routing & switching.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SD-WAN and network devices.
Execute service provisioning, deployment, migration, activation for enterprise services.
Perform pre-implementation validation, testing, and post-implementation verification.
Follow MOP, change management, and operational processes.
Troubleshoot issues during implementation, migration, and activation.
Conduct SAT/UAT and handover to customers.
Prepare implementation documentation and deployment reports.
Support maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle initiatives.
Escalate complex issues and drive resolution within SLAs.
Ensure compliance with security policies and delivery standards.
Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call when required.
