Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions AOA, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to guide and coach our digital program teams. You will ensure Agile practices are followed, acting as the main facilitator among business, markets, agencies, and IT to deliver high-quality website services.

You will empower a 25-person cross-functional team of editors, developers, SEO and analytics specialists. Location is Meycauayan, Bulacan, with full-time night shifts, collaborating across markets and functions.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in web projects or agile environments.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver high quality services.
Facilitate all scrum events: Planning, Daily Scrum, Review and Retrospective.
Support backlog maintenance and User Story writing with acceptance criteria.
Promote transparency, improve communication between business, markets and IT.
Help the team with prioritization, backlog sizing, and sprint commitments.
