Job summary

Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Website & Search Supervisor to lead a hybrid, night-shift team in Meycauayan/Makati. You will oversee corporate and brand websites, drive SEO strategy, and mentor specialists to ensure high-quality, data-driven website performance across Nestlé digital properties.

You will use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and BrightEdge to monitor KPIs, collaborate with regional teams, and implement large-scale website projects and migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of SEO/Web specialists.
• Proven SEO and CMS experience for content/eCommerce.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and communication in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for Website and Search Services topics.
• Review and optimize Nestlé websites for improvement and optimization.
• Measure results with GA, GSC, and BrightEdge.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions and trends.
• Mentor and develop other Search, Websites, and D2C Specialists.
