Job summary

Seven Seven Corporate Group is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid setup with 2x onsite per week. Open to candidates who can start ASAP, within 2 weeks, or within 30 days.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure commitments are met while promoting effective Scrum practices and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Scrum and/or Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and coaching teams.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with JIRA, sprint tracking, velocity, and burndown metrics.
• Experience on data-related projects and data migration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned demands.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and tracking.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, BA, Dev, QA, and stakeholders.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution.
• Ensure commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met.

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinates with Product Owners, BA, Dev, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identifies blockers early and drives resolution.
• Accountability: Ensures commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in Scrum and/or Project Management
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams
• Strong stakeholder and Product Owner collaboration
• Experience with JIRA, sprint tracking, velocity, and burndown metrics
• Experience working on Data or Data-related projects
• Data Migration experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
