Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to implement Agile ceremonies, coach squads, and maintain Agile artifacts. The role focuses on facilitating sprint events, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

You will work with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and aligned with the product roadmap, while promoting transparency and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master/Agile role.
• Data background or data-related experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills are required.
• Experience with Data Migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of squad Scrum maturity and prepare teams for advanced stages of maturity.
• Lead and coach the team on Agile and Scrum implementation and practices.
• Enable process activities by inspiring teams to self-align their iterations.
• Support internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
• Program and enable consistent team retrospective meetings per the Scrum framework.
• Assist sprint-planning, sprint reviews, and ensure velocity is understood to meet sprint goals.
• Identify and remove blockers, maintain an escalation process for changes impacting iterations.
• Foster a safe, blame-free atmosphere and promote continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Owner to groom and maintain the product backlog.
