• With 5 years of experience in Manufacturing with knowledge in screen printing equipment and wire mesh process. Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Oversee the entire process, manage shift schedules, assign tasks, implement competency and safety training programs, evaluate KPIs and metrics, and handle other related responsibilities.
• Ensure EHS compliance while conducting production inspections, controlling processes, and driving improvements.
• Monitoring operations and developing SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria, and issue reports. Able to handle comprehensive documentation tasks.
