Job summary

A leading power company in the Philippines is looking for a High-Temperature Equipment Supervisor. This role involves overseeing processes in high-temperature manufacturing, ensuring safety and compliance with EHS standards, and conducting competency training and evaluations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and 5 years of manufacturing experience, along with skills in documentation and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing with knowledge in high temperature processes.
• Must oversee process and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Familiar with EHS requirements and SOP/OPL documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall process, shifting schedules, assigning tasks.
• Conduct safety training plans and KPI evaluations.
• Monitor production control and improvement on high temperature.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in high-temperature production processes.

• Monitoring and make SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria and issues.
