Job summary

GBF New Power Group Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to oversee the production line, manage shifts, and implement safety and competency training programs.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with 5 years in manufacturing, including wet process chemicals and photovoltaic cells. Responsibilities include SOP creation, OPL documentation, equipment maintenance, and addressing anomalies.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years manufacturing experience with wet process/chemicals, production line.
• Experience in photovoltaic solar cells.
• Experience with safety and strict compliance of EHS; KPI evaluations.
• Experience in making SOPs, OPL documents, anomalies and maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production process and shift schedules.
• Assign tasks and plan competency and safety training.
• Conduct KPI evaluations and related tasks.
• Inspect production and control equipment failures; drive improvements in wet process.

• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
• With 5 years of experience in manufacturing with knowledge in wet process/chemicals, liquids using in production line. and in photovoltaic solar cells.
• Oversee the overall process, shifting schedules, assigning tasks, competency and safety training plans, KPI evaluations and other related tasks.
• With safety and strict compliance of EHS. Inspection of production, control of equipment failures, improvement in product encounter on wet process.
• Knowledge making SOPs, OPL documents, anomalies and maintenances issues.
