A renewable energy company in Batangas City is seeking a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to manage equipment operations and ensure safety compliance within the manufacturing of Solar Cells. Candidates should have at least 3 years of process experience in this field and 1 year of manufacturing oversight experience. Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, conducting maintenance, and providing safety training reports. This position requires on-site attendance at FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of process experience in Photovoltaic Solar Cells.
1 year of manufacturing experience with operational oversight.
Experience with machine inspections and safety protocols.
Responsibilities

Job description
Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree, Chemical, Physics, Chemistry or any related field.
With 3 years of process experience in Photovoltaic Solar Cells and 1 year of manufacturing experience and oversee and coordinate equipment operations by managing shift handovers. Master's Degree is an advantage.
Inspecting machines, analyzing anomalies, patrolling production lines for performance and safety, and summarizing key output and KPI metrics.
Complete scheduled equipment maintenance and report anomalies, attend and pass all assigned trainings, conduct safety training to prevent safety issues, and perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
