Job summary

Mettler Toledo Philippines, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse/logistics support role in Metro Manila. You will assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and help ensure accurate documentation and on-time deliveries.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, organize the warehouse, and coordinate with drivers while following 5S and safety practices. English proficiency and basic ERP/WMS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate from a 4-year course in a related field.
• 1–2 years of warehousing, logistics or inventory experience; fresh grads with internship ok.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock rotation.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and warehouse software.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, dispatching, and documenting goods.
• Coordinate with drivers and couriers; ensure on-time deliveries and correct documentation.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain 5S practices and safe warehouse procedures.
• Print, file and archive logistics and warehouse records; assist in discrepancy resolution.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Purpose of the Role

To support daily logistics andwarehouse operations by assisting in receiving, storing, dispatching, andmonitoring goods, as well as ensuring accurate documentation and timelydeliveries. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy, proper warehouse organization,and smooth coordination of logistics activities.

Strategic Outcome:

Efficient and accurate warehouse and logisticssupport that ensures on-time delivery, proper inventory management, andreliable documentation—contributing to customer satisfaction, operationalefficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Warehouse Operation:

• Responsiblefor allocation of in stock items as per sales order
• Reportirregularities such as damaged, incorrect or missing items for QN whenapplicable.
• Preparediscrepancy report (DN vs actual received items) when applicable.
• Checkdelivered goods against documentation (SOR, delivery notes).
• Assistin receiving deliveries and verifying completeness of items.

Logistics & Dispatch:

• Allocationof delivered items as per SOR.
• Organize, label, andstore items properly in the warehouse
• Conduct monthly stockcounts and support inventory reconciliation
• Implementand maintain 5S and warehouse safety practices
• Preparingitems and itinerary for dispatch and delivery.

Documentation & Coordination:

• Coordination with drivers and couriers regarding itineraries and schedules.
• EnsurePerfect Order delivery (correct item, quantity and in good condition)
• Updatedelivery status in logistics monitoring reports.
• Support in monitoringand reporting delivery performance

General Support:

• Printand prepare delivery-related documents (e.g., MSDS, shipping papers).
• Fileand archive logistics and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with CustomerSupport Team regarding deliveries
• Assist in resolvingdiscrepancies in deliveries or documentation
• Provide support inhandling non-conforming goods or returns
• Back-up to the logisticsand purchasing assistant
• Perform ad-hoc logisticsand warehouse-related tasks assigned by immediate supervisors.

What You Need to Succeed

Mandatory:

• Atleast a college level or graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in:
  • -Logistics
  • -SupplyChain Management
  • -BusinessAdministration
  • -CustomsAdministration (advantage)
• Minimum1-2 years experience in warehousing, logistics or inventory management(entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates with internship or OJT experiencein logistics operations).
• Basicknowledge of:
  • -Warehouseoperations (receiving, storing, dispatching)
  • -Inventorymanagement & stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO)
  • -Deliveryscheduling and shipment preparation
  • -Documentations(DR’s, invoices, waybills)
• Familiaritywith ERP systems or warehouse management software.
• Proficientin Microsoft excel and other MS office applications
• Physicallyfit and able to handle manual work.
• Goodcoordination and communication skills.
• Familiaritywith warehouse safety and 5S is a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
