Job summary

WD is seeking a Data Analytics / Computer Science Intern for its PHO site in the Philippines, a structured 3-6 month program within the Engineering organization. You will be immersed in manufacturing analytics, building tools, reports, and visualizations to support decisions.

You'll work on dashboards, data extraction and cleaning, and automate reporting tasks using Python, SQL, and Power BI. High performers may convert to the ECT under BEST Program, with learning sessions and a final project

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with analytics focus.
Minimum 3rd-year standing.
Proficiency in Python and SQL demonstrated in projects or coursework.
Available for a 3–6 month internship and for academic credit.

Responsibilities

Support development of operational dashboards and engineering reports.
Assist data extraction, cleaning, and exploratory analysis of manufacturing datasets.
Write scripts or queries to automate reporting tasks (Python, SQL, Power BI).
Collaborate with engineers to translate data needs into outputs.
Complete a defined analytics internship project with final presentation.
Participate in structured learning sessions throughout the program.
