Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated onsite support staff for a school environment in the Philippines. The role covers cleaning, facilities upkeep, and basic administrative duties to support daily operations and events.

You will help with opening/closing, logistics for school activities, and assist in safety tasks such as alarm systems and fault reporting. A minimum of 3 years' experience in cleaning, logistics, or admin is required, with a stable, reliable approach to work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in cleaning, logistics, or simple administrative duties.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general cleanliness of the school environment and upkeep of facilities
• Support routine operational tasks including day-to-day opening/closing of school
• Carry out logistical support for routine and ad-hoc school events (transporting and arranging furniture/equipment)
• Assist in school safety, security, and crisis preparedness (arming/disarming alarm system, reporting faults)
• Any other relevant duties assigned

Working Hours (Shifts on Weekly Rotation)

• Mondays-Thursdays: Shift 1 (6:30am-4:00pm) or Shift 2 (9:00am-6:30pm)
• Fridays: Shift 1 (6:30am-3:30pm) or Shift 2 (9:30am-6:30pm)
