Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduling Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. A strong command of Primavera scheduling software is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera software.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather inputs and establish accurate timelines.
• Monitor and update project progress, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions.
• Perform critical path analyses and ensure that project activities align with the overall objectives.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the management team.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets by proactively addressing scheduling conflicts or challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and schedule integration.
• Maintain documentation and records for project scheduling activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scheduling Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools is required.
• Professional certifications in project scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) are a plus.
• Experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
