Okada Manila in Parañaque, Philippines, is seeking a Scheduling Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in casino and hotel scheduling to help revise daily pit allocations and respond to changes.

The role requires strong English communication, time management, and teamwork, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will maintain rosters, handle leaves, and support supervisors in meeting operational demands.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or business-related fields.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling experience in a medium to large organization.
• Experience in Casino and Hotel Scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Team player committed to self-development.
• Ability to handle pressure and be approachable.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Revises daily pit/allocation to meet all operational demands.
• Manages and resolves issues from last-minute changes in business requirements.
• Proactively identify shortfalls or anomalies and report to the Supervisor.
• Assess and process requests based on business demand.
• Maintain records relating to leaves, absences, suspensions, and special days off for daily and fortnightly rosters.
• Ensure all customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superiors.

• Manages and solves issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements
• Pro-actively identify any shortfalls or anomalies and raise them to the Supervisor
• Assesses and processes requests based on business demand
• Maintains records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters
• Ensures all customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
• Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors
