VTSA International Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage client appointments and internal meetings in Pasig. This on-site role requires handling multiple tasks with strong prioritization and teamwork.

You will coordinate calendars, ensure timely communication with clients, and optimize resource allocation using scheduling software. A 1-3 year background in scheduling or administration is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
• Proficient in scheduling software; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
