Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with proven expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work on complex projects, ideally within the resources and mining sector in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current project progress.
• Analyse project timelines, identify risks, and propose adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present scheduling reports, including critical path and progress updates.
• Support project planning and resource allocation to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Ensure schedules comply with client and company requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler.
