- A Scheduler is responsible for organizing and coordinating schedules, appointments, and resources to ensure smooth operations within a company or organization. Key duties typically include:

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments for employees, executives, or clients.
- Coordinate calendars and allocate time blocks efficiently.

Resource Allocation: Ensuring that necessary resources (e.g., rooms, equipment, personnel) are available and allocated as required.

Communication: Coordinating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to confirm schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Updating and maintaining accurate scheduling records, including travel arrangements or meeting notes.
- Physically fit
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers

- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or without experience as long as willing to be trained
