• Ensure products are in good working condition and provide basic operational guidance to clients and caregivers.
• Answer questions and provide information to clients and their families about the proper use and maintenance of products.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with home care products and escape more complex concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Help track and manage stock levels of home care products.
• Ensure products are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
