Job description
- Supervise daily operations of scanning team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly scanned volume targets
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly accomplishment report to stakeholders and client
- Maintain records of daily scanning output, operator performance, and technical issue
- Manage team's attendance and planned leave, coordinate with Project Manager request for relievers.
- Proper bookkeeping of Ins and Outs of books, ensuring completeness against the transmittal slip
- Monthly inventory of equipment and grooming materials
