Job summary

AB Satellite is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Solutions Engineer with a strong background in satellite teleport services and ground equipment. The role blends hands-on technical work with project costing, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver tailored satellite connectivity solutions.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years in related teleports or RF systems, with proficiency in Excel and cost estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in teleports, satellite ground systems, or RF/network engineering.
• Experience supporting engineering costing, proposals, or technical sales documents is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan satellite-related managed services and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with customer needs and deadlines.
• Prepare technical proposals and MoP documents.
• Support site readiness, link testing, and final commissioning of satellite services.
• Create cost models and engineering estimates for projects, including CAPEX/OPEX.
• Engage customers to develop tailored technical solutions and optimize cost.
• Work with suppliers and contractors for installation and maintenance services.
