Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Starlink Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, setup, and support of Starlink satellite internet systems for residential and commercial customers. You will ensure proper alignment of the satellite dish, confirm connectivity, and provide basic training to customers on using the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and configure Starlink internet systems.


• Mount Starlink dish, run cabling, and install indoor router and power units.


• Ensure correct positioning and alignment for optimal signal strength.


• Test network performance and verify system functionality.


• Troubleshoot basic connectivity or hardware issues on-site.


• Educate customers on system use and basic troubleshooting.


• Document installations and maintain accurate service records.


• Maintain tools, inventory, and safety practices according to company policy.


• Communicate effectively with customers and the support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Senior High school Diploma


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routers, Wi-Fi).


• Experience with satellite, telecom, cable, or related fieldwork preferred.


• Comfortable working at heights (roof, ladder, etc.) and using power tools.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience with Starlink.


• Familiarity with mobile apps for system setup and diagnostics.


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
