Job summary

OpenText in Makati seeks a SAP/OpenText VIM Techno-Functional Consultant to deliver invoice automation and AP solutions for global clients. You will analyze business requirements, design scalable VIM-based solutions, and drive end-to-end project delivery across P2P processes, leveraging OCR, archiving integrations, and OpenText VIM configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP/OpenText VIM solutions.
• Proven experience with OCR and Archiving integrations, including config, testing, deployment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and AP operations.
• Experience integrating SAP VIM with OCR platforms, archiving solutions, and SAP FI/MM/SD modules.
• Hands-on expertise configuring VIM workflows, document types, OCR functionalities, and PPF.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; translate technical concepts to business language.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Strong English communication skills.
