Job summary

OpenText seeks a Senior SAP FI VIM Techno-Functional Consultant to drive invoice automation and P2P optimization for global clients. You will analyze requirements, design scalable VIM-based solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery, collaborating with business and technical teams across multiple regions.

The role requires hands-on SAP VIM, OCR, and archiving experience, plus strong communication to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years implementing SAP/OpenText VIM solutions.
• Experience with OCR and Archiving integrations.
• Strong understanding of P2P, AP operations, and invoice management.
• Experience integrating SAP VIM with OCR platforms and SAP modules FI/MM/SD.
• Hands-on configuring VIM workflows, document types, OCR, and PPF.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP/OpenText VIM solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Integrate VIM with OCR platforms, archiving solutions, and SAP modules FI/MM/SD.
• Configure VIM workflows, document types, and OCR features; test and deploy.
• Provide advisory support and workshops throughout project lifecycle.
