cbs APAC is seeking an SAP Support Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) to join our team in the Philippines/Malaysia. The role focuses on incident resolution, change and service request management within SAP FI/CO, with configuration work and close collaboration with the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, including strong understanding of FICO processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields.
• Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Industry experience in Utilities (Electricity, Water, or Gas) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business users, and regional stakeholders.
