Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our AMS team, delivering hands-on L2 support across SAP FI/CO for Australian and APAC clients on S/4HANA and ECC.

The role involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting month-end close, and contributing to continuous improvements while coordinating with SAP MM, SD, HCM and security teams, with flexible remote work and exposure to GST/compliance in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP FI/CO experience in AMS or support.
• Experience supporting Australian finance environments with GST/compliance.
• Hands-on SAP Finance troubleshooting and integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support across SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Cash Management.
• Support SAP CO areas including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing and COPA.
• Troubleshoot posting errors, reconciliation issues, document splitting, currency valuation and master data issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
• Support Australian GST, statutory reporting and BAS requirements.
• Work with Integration teams on CPI interfaces, banking/payment files, bank statements and third-party integrations.
• Investigate incidents and service requests, perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Support enhancements, testing, transports, releases and minor projects.
• Maintain knowledge articles, configuration records, process flows and user training materials.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, HCM/Payroll, Basis and Security teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and proactive monitoring.

• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting SAP Finance and integration issues.
• Understanding of ITIL‑based Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

Work Setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
