Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module in the Philippines. You will gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure FI integrates with other SAP modules while guiding junior team members.

You will manage end-to-end FI projects, support data migration, perform UAT, and deliver training materials to users and stakeholders across finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/IT; CPA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Philippine statutory and reporting requirements.
• Experience configuring FI and integrating with CO and other modules; leading UAT and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI implementation and support projects, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
• Configure FI components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and related reporting.
• Ensure FI integrates with CO, MM, and SD modules and manage data migration with data integrity.
• Prepare project docs and training materials; conduct user training and mentor junior consultants.

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module. The role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of FI with other SAP modules. The consultant will also provide expert guidance to junior team members and act as the primary point of contact for finance-related SAP issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI implementation and support projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
• Configure and maintain FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and related financial reporting functions.
• Ensure integration of FI with other modules such as CO, MM, and SD.
• Manage data migration activities and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and develop enhancements where necessary.
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and end-users on SAP FI best practices.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (CPA a plus).
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of Philippine statutory and reporting requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FI configuration, integration points with CO and other modules, and data migration processes.
• Experience preparing business blueprints, functional specs, and leading UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and Fiori apps preferred.
