DyFlex Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP FICO AMS Consultant to join our Application Management Services team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on BAU and day-to-day support, not project work.

• Demonstrated SAP Finance Functional Consultant experience in AMS/support environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and configuration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC Finance environments.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing SAP Finance support as part of AMS/Aftercare services.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing and documentation for SAP Finance.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into SAP solutions and coordinate with technical teams.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO AMS Consultant to join our Application Management Services practice, supporting our customers in ongoing BAU and day-to-day operational support environments. This is a hands-on, customer-facing support role, not project-based work, and is ideally suited to a seasoned SAP FICO specialist who thrives in a structured support setting and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes for clients. The role reports into our AMS practice leadership. Applicants based anywhere in the Philippines are welcome to apply.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing SAP Finance application support as part of our AMS / Aftercare services
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
• Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing and documentation for SAP Finance solutions
• Support Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and related financial processes
• Analyse recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and business outcomes
• Work with customers to understand requirements and translate business needs into appropriate SAP solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants where development or integration support is required
• Perform testing, defect resolution and support customer validation of changes
• Maintain accurate incident, problem and change records and ensure timely communication with customers
• Collaborate with DyFlex functional, technical and service delivery teams to provide a high standard of customer support
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our Aftercare services

Your Qualifications And Experience

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Finance Functional Consultant, ideally within an AMS, application support or managed services environment
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance processes and configuration
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC Finance environments
• Practical experience troubleshooting Finance incidents and identifying effective solutions
• Good understanding of integration between Finance and other SAP functional areas
• Experience with incident, problem, change and service request management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with customers and distributed consulting teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration and communication
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification and previous consulting experience will be highly regarded
