Job description

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to design, configure, and implement cloud-based HR solutions, often leading end-to-end HR transformation projects. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, system configuration (workflows, foundation objects), data migration, and integrating EC with Payroll/Time Management.

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support the design, configuration, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including foundational objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Requirements Gathering: Lead client workshops to analyze HR requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
