Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on designing and implementing SAP security solutions with GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, and Fiori Security to safeguard sensitive data.

You will lead security workstreams through ECC to S/4HANA migrations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE programs, while mentoring teams and facilitating requirement workshops for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP Security workstreams for SAP implementations and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering SAP security workstreams for cloud transformations and SAP RISE programs.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

YOUR ROLE

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic initiative and contribute to designing and implementing cutting-edge SAP security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, IAG, and Fiori Security: Leverage your expertise in these areas to deliver high-quality security solutions tailored to client needs

• Design SAP Security Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive SAP security solutions, ensuring the protection and compliance of sensitive data

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all security solutions comply with audit and governance risk management policies. Address vulnerabilities and ensure robust security practices are in place

• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by leading teams of SAP security professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and engage stakeholders in the security design process.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Access Control, SAP IDM, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP IAG, SAP Fiori Security, and S/4HANA Security

• Proven experience leading SAP Security workstreams for SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations

• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), identity lifecycle management, and access governance frameworks

• Proven experience delivering SAP Security workstreams for ECC to S/4HANA migrations, greenfield and brownfield implementations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE programs

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Ability to manage project scope, delivery timelines, risks, and quality outcomes within complex client environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong facilitation and influencing skills, capable of driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

• Ability to translate technical security requirements into practical business outcomes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks

• Experience leveraging automation, AI, and modern SAP cloud security capabilities to improve operational efficiency and compliance outcomes.
