Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to manage OTC processes, integrate with MM/WM modules, and support end-to-end supply chain execution. You will engage stakeholders across regions and deliver SAP SD solutions within a global, dynamic environment.

The role requires strong communication, project lifecycle knowledge, and SAP S/4HANA awareness. Prior certifications in SAP SD (and MM) are preferred. Join Capgemini to drive technology-enabled business outcomes.

Qualifications

• SAP SD expertise with OTC and MM/WM integration.
• Experience in Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management and ATP/GATP.
• Exposure to Intercompany processes, Contracts, Consignments, MTO/MTS scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of EDI/IDoc and RICEFW objects.
• Proficient with MM/IM/WM/LE integration points and cross-module issues.
• Experience in procurement, inventory, warehouse management and stock transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP SD solution design for complex changes and conduct impact assessments.
• Manage BAU and production support including incident and change management.
• Collaborate with FICO, ABAP teams on cross-module issues and enhancements.
• Support end-to-end SCM processes including procurement, inventory and logistics execution.
• Prepare BRD/FS/Test scripts and ensure proper documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds across global geographies. The consultant should also possess MM & WM knowledge.

Stakeholder Management

• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and cultures.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly.

Order to Cash (OTC) Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of OTC processes including Order Management, Returns, Reversals, Delivery, Shipping, and Transportation.

Functional Knowledge

• Hands-on experience in Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Rebates, Output Determination, and Available-to-Promise (ATP & GATP).

Special Business Scenarios

• Exposure to Intercompany Sales, Intercompany STOs, Contracts, Consignment Processes, Third-Party Sales, Make-to-Order (MTO), and Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios.

• Understanding of procurement and inventory processes supporting end-to-end supply chain execution.

Technical Integration & Enhancements

• Strong understanding of EDI/IDoc processes, enhancements, routines, and RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows), including Background/Batch Jobs.

• Experience in EDI/IDoc setup and execution.

MM/IM/WM/LE Competency

• Good understanding of integration points with MM, IM, WM/EWM and PP modules & working knowledge of SAP MM, Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Logistics Execution (LE).

• Experience in procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, stock transfers, and logistics execution processes

• Strong knowledge in procurement processes including Stock Transport Orders (STO), Subcontracting, Individual Procurement, and Split Valuation for material pricing, Inventory Management, Put-away, Stock Removal, Physical Inventory, and Warehouse processes. Skilled in Plant-to-Plant and Cross-Company stock transfers using STO techniques

• Expertise in configuring release procedures including characteristics, classes, indicators, strategies, and message determination schemas for POs and GRs.

• Extensive experience in configuring and customizing WM structures: storage locations, types, sections, bins, and number ranges for TR/TO and posting changes.

• Proficient in Put-away and Stock Removal Strategies, Search Strategies, and Physical Inventory processes.

• Involved in LSMW for legacy data migration and experienced in managing master data for materials and vendors.

• Knowledge in PM (Plant Maintenance) will be an added advantage

• Ability to support integrated SD-MM-WM business processes in implementation and support environments.

Cross-Module Integration

• Good understanding of integration points with FI/CO modules

• Ability to support and collaborate with FICO, and ABAP teams on cross-module issues and enhancements.

Production Support & Service Delivery

• Strong experience in BAU operations and production support, including incident, service request, problem, and change management.

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and ensure delivery against service level commitments.

Process Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Experience in process automation, operational efficiency initiatives, and business improvements.

Complex Changes, Solution Design & Estimation

• Experience handling complex changes, proposing SAP SD solutions, conducting impact assessments, and providing effort estimations.

Project Lifecycle & Documentation

• Knowledge of project phases and documentation including Business Requirement Gathering, BRD, BBP, Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts, Solution Documents, and User Manuals.

SAP S/4HANA Awareness

• Up to date with current market trends, innovations, and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Implementation & Support Experience

• One or more full-cycle SAP SD implementation and/or application support projects.

• Good understanding of major incidents, incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change management within a managed services environment.

Certifications

• SAP SD Certification preferred.

• SAP MM or SAP Logistics certifications will be advantageous.
