Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on designing and implementing SAP security solutions with GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, and Fiori Security to safeguard sensitive data.

You will lead security workstreams through ECC to S/4HANA migrations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE programs, while mentoring teams and facilitating requirement workshops for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP Security workstreams for SAP implementations and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering SAP security workstreams for cloud transformations and SAP RISE programs.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• SAP GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, IAG, and Fiori Security: deliver high-quality security solutions.
• Design SAP Security Solutions: lead design and implementation of security solutions for data protection and compliance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure solutions comply with audit policies; address vulnerabilities.
• Leadership and Team Management: guide teams, mentor and support SAP security professionals.
• Workshop Facilitation: gather requirements, present solutions, and engage stakeholders.
