Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. invites senior SAP professionals to join a global delivery team. You will lead functional workstreams, craft As-Is/To-Be processes, and guide configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure successful SAP MM and VIM/OpenText implementations.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, drive delivery timelines, and contribute to capability development within the FMCP, Retail and Energy sectors across client projects in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project experience with SAP implementations.
• 3+ full end-to-end SAP cycles.
• Deep SAP MM and VIM/OpenText knowledge.
• Experience with FI is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert functional and solution guidance.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and document high-quality functional specifications.
• Create and validate As-Is and To-Be process maps to support design and alignment with future-state solutions.
• Perform system configuration and execute unit testing to ensure solution accuracy.
• Document configuration settings, functional specifications, test scripts, and supporting artefacts.
• Execute test cases and support SIT and UAT.
• Lead a functional workstream, ensuring delivery quality and timelines.
• Provide input to project management on planning and status updates.
• Contribute to capability development within the functional service line.

YOUR ROLE

• Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert functional and solution guidance

• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and document high-quality functional specifications

• Execute test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Lead a functional workstream, ensuring delivery quality, issue resolution, and alignment with project timelines

• Provide input to project management on planning, risks, dependencies, and status updates

• Contribute to capability development within the functional service line, including knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives
  

YOUR PROFILE

• 10 + years of project experience, including 3+ full end-to-end implementation cycles

• Extensive experience working with SAP

• Strong ability to demonstrate deep functional knowledge of SAP MM and VIM/OpenText

• Experience with FI a plus

• Proven ability to independently build and manage business stakeholder relationships

• Solid understanding of project methodologies and delivery phases

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in functional lead and solution architect roles

• Experience in the FMCP, Retail and or Energy
