Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD Manager with around 10-14 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation and support experience across different industries and sectors. The person should be able to lead and manage large teams.
• Possess excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management, resource allocation, and defining strategy and approach for project execution.
• Lead Order to Cash team.
• Drive workshops, manage client expectations, manage estimations, and maintain project risks and issues matrices.
• Conduct client interviews and requirements gathering.

Requirement:

• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.

Must-Have Certifications:

• SAP SD S/4HANA Certified
