ADDFORCE HR SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant for the Taguig hybrid role.

You will design, configure, and support SAP SD and MM within ECC and S/4HANA, participating in full-cycle implementations and enabling seamless integration with related SAP modules. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on SAP SD/MM experience, with migrations knowledge and a proven track record in global or large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with SD/MM focus.
• 2–3 full SAP implementations or large-scale rollouts.
• Hands-on S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield migrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

We're Hiring: SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and support enterprise SAP transformation initiatives.

Location: Taguig City (Hybrid)
Shift: Mid Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 180,000

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP SD and MM solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

• Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting through go-live and post-production support.

• Lead or support S/4HANA migration projects (Brownfield or Greenfield).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.

• Support integration with SAP FI, SAP EWM, and other SAP modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).

• Experience in 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations or large-scale global rollouts.

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Brownfield or Greenfield migrations.

• Strong understanding of the S/4HANA simplified data model.

• Experience in industries such as Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is an advantage.

• Experience integrating SAP SD/MM with SAP FI and/or SAP EWM.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
