Responsibilities include level 1/2 SAP SD/MM support, master data maintenance, data accuracy, ITSM compliance, month-end tasks, and collaboration with internal teams to streamline processes. The role also involves AMS team management for SAP SD/MM and EDI/iCES tickets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-12 years of SAP SD/MM experience.
• Experience providing level 1/2 SAP support and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and level 2 SAP SD/MM incident and service request support.
• Execute master data maintenance for materials, customers, vendors, and pricing.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Maintain audit trails and update knowledge base articles.
• Support month-end processes and cross-team coordination.
• Manage SAP SD/MM incidents for AMS teams and EDI / iCES tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for SAP SD MM incidents, service requests, and queries.
• Execute standard service requests, including master data maintenance (Material, Customer, Vendor, Pricing).
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
• Audit trails for all changes and requests
• Support month end process
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base articles.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, approvals, and audit requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify recurring issues
• Managing NTT AMS team and iNova SAP users on incidents and bug fix for SAP SD MM tickets
• Managing SIMPLOK AMS team and iNova SAP users on incidents and bug fix for SAP Electronic Data Integration (EDI) and iNova Custom e-Invoicing System (iCES) tickets
