Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP PMO Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation initiatives across business leaders, project managers, and technical teams. The role focuses on defining objectives, planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring to deliver SAP solutions that improve efficiency and client value.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of experience, strong English communication, and proven program management skills.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale SAP implementation projects and coordinating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams
• Developing project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to achieve strategic objectives
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP program management
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance project delivery
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic questioning
• Utilizing program management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira Software for effective project tracking and reporting
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
• Promoting continuous process improvement and benefits realization management across projects
• Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
