Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead complex projects in a hybrid Makati environment. The role requires strong SAP ERP exposure, PMP certification, and proven ability to drive cross-functional teams toward on-time delivery.

You will manage scope, budget, risks, and communications, while ensuring quality outcomes and comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT or business-related discipline.
• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably with SAP ERP implementation and support.
• Current PMP Certification or similar.
• Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ADO.
• Strong facilitation, and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
