Job summary

Thakral One seeks a seasoned SAP P2P Functional Consultant to support an SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment. You will lead workshops, translate procurement requirements into SAP solutions, and provide functional expertise from testing through go-live and stabilisation.

Collaborating with factory and warehouse stakeholders onsite in Cebu, you will influence Procure-to-Pay processes and ensure successful delivery with project teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• SAP implementation experience, preferably including S/4HANA.
• Experience in manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environments.
• Experience working with business users through requirements gathering, testing, and go-live activities.

Job description

As an SAP P2P Functional Consultant, you will support an SAP implementation within a manufacturing environment, partnering with business users and project stakeholders to translate procurement and materials management requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will lead workshops, design and configure processes, and provide functional expertise from testing through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Requirements Gathering & Process Design

• Lead and facilitate SAP P2P requirements sessions and workshops with business users.
• Analyse procurement and materials management processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Drive process alignment across purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, goods receipt, inventory, and invoice verification.

SAP Configuration & Integration

• Support functional design and configuration across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Coordinate integration requirements with Finance, Accounts Payable, and other SAP functional areas.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation to support delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation activities.
• Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Provide functional expertise during implementation and post-go-live stabilisation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with factory and warehouse stakeholders onsite in Cebu.
• Partner with regional project teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Experience

• You have 10+ years of SAP experience.
• You have SAP implementation experience, preferably including S/4HANA.
• You have worked in manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environments (highly preferred).
• You have experience working directly with business users through requirements gathering, testing, and go-live activities.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong hands‑on functional experience in SAP P2P / SAP MM / Procurement.
• You understand procurement, purchasing, materials, and inventory processes deeply.

Ways of Working

• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are willing and able to work primarily onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
• Work Setup: Primarily Onsite (Hybrid may be considered)
• Contract Duration: 6 months, with possible 3-month extension
