Job summary

Thakral One, Cebu onsite, seeks an SAP Q2C Functional Consultant to support an SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment. You will lead workshops, configure processes, and provide functional expertise through implementation, testing, go-live, and stabilisation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and business stakeholders, ensuring end‑to‑end SAP solutions from requirements to post‑go‑live support. The contract duration is six months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• SAP implementation experience, preferably including S/4HANA.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

As an SAP Q2C Functional Consultant, you will support an SAP implementation within a manufacturing environment, working with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and business stakeholders to transform end‑to‑end commercial requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will lead workshops, configure processes, and provide functional expertise through implementation, testing, go‑live, and stabilisation.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Requirements Gathering & Process Design

• Lead and facilitate requirements sessions and workshops across the Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle.
• Analyse existing sales and order management processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Drive process optimisation across quotations, sales orders, pricing, customer master data, delivery, shipping, billing, and credit processes.

SAP Configuration & Integration

• Support SAP functional design and configuration for sales and distribution processes.
• Ensure integration between Sales & Distribution, Finance, inventory, logistics, and other SAP functional areas.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation to support delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation activities.
• Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and go‑live readiness.
• Provide functional expertise during implementation and post‑go‑live stabilisation.

  Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with onsite business users in Cebu.
  • Partner with regional project teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.

  Experience

  • You have 10+ years of SAP experience.
  • You have SAP implementation experience, preferably including S/4HANA.
  • You have worked in the manufacturing industry (highly preferred).

  Technical Expertise

  • You have strong hands‑on functional experience in SAP Q2C / SAP SD / Order‑to‑Cash.
  • You understand end‑to‑end sales, order management, delivery, and billing processes.
  • You are experienced in integrating SAP SD processes with Finance and logistics.

  Ways of Working

  • You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are willing and able to work primarily onsite in Lapu‑Lapu City, Cebu.
  • Work Setup: Primarily Onsite (Hybrid may be considered)
  • Contract Duration: 6 months, with possible 3‑month extension
