Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any Business Degree
• Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Capable of performing clerical tasks

Aufgaben

• Goods receiving, handling and logging of inventory materials and tooling through SAP/computer modules
• Inventory control
• Communicate project status to management
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on equipment
• Prepare and issue daily, weekly and monthly reports, verifying accuracy of source documents
• Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed
• Assist in team efforts and achieve related results as needed
• Receive, inspect and store materials and deliver to personnel per project schedule in coordination with Quality Control and Procurement
• Ensure consistent supply of materials to the project
• Maintain minimum stock levels of regular materials
• Maintain inventory and manuals, laptop and tools
• Follow other supervisor instructions
• Willing to be assigned at Tanza, Cavite
