Job summary

UniDoor Systems Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory professional to monitor stock levels, process warehouse documents, and coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams in Cabuyao, Laguna.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and SAP/Excel proficiency. You will ensure data accuracy in SAP ERP, conduct regular cycle counts, and uphold safety and 5S standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Foundational knowledge of warehouse and inventory movement and processes.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP ERP and other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy with confidentiality.
• On-site from Mon–Sat, 06:00 AM–03:00 PM at Light Industry and Science Park, Cabuyao, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Process and verify warehouse documentation related to materials receipt, issuance, disposal, and inventory adjustments.
• Record and update transactions in SAP ERP System to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Practice 5S standards to promote safety, efficiency, and organization.
• Uphold the company’s image, values and reputation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
