Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (college level with inventory background may be considered).
• 1–2 years of inventory control experience, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and parts classification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of warehousing, purchasing, and logistics flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
• Ensure real-time and accurate encoding of all transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts, monthly, and quarterly physical inventory audits.
• Reconcile system records with actual stock and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with Parts Specialist and Warehouseman to verify part movements.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Assist management in setting reorder levels and buffer stock.
• Liaise with accounting for inventory valuation and audit-related matters.
• Ensure inventory system data is accurate, updated, and free from duplication.
