Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller (SAP) to oversee inventory accuracy across restaurant branches, commissaries, and warehouses. You will monitor SAP postings, support cycle counts, and maintain precise inventory records in SAP.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of inventory control experience in restaurant/food or FMCG contexts, with strong SAP knowledge and Excel proficiency. Travel to branches and warehouses will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, SCM, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
2–4 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, inventory audit, or supply chain experience.
Experience in restaurant, food manufacturing, FMCG, retail, distribution, or warehouse industries preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (SAP Business One a plus) or other inventory systems.
Strong knowledge of reconciliation, stock movement, variance analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to travel to branches, commissaries, and warehouses when required.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily inventory transactions (receiving, transfers, production issues, adjustments, returns, disposals).
Ensure timely, accurate SAP postings and data integrity.
Perform inventory reconciliations between physical counts and SAP records.
Investigate variances and coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams for resolution.
Assist in cycle counts, monthly counts, and annual physical inventories.
Maintain inventory policies compliance and proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
Prepare variance, reconciliation, and movement reports.
Coordinate with Operations, Commissary, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams.
