Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller (SAP) to support inventory accuracy across a fast-paced QSR operation. The role monitors inventory movements, maintains SAP records, conducts reconciliations, and ensures compliance across commissaries, warehouses, and restaurant branches.

Experience in QSR, FMCG, or food distribution is preferred; strong Excel and SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory audit, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
Experience in QSR, restaurant chains, FMCG, or distribution is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock movement controls, valuation, and variance analysis.
Ability to conduct physical inventory and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory transactions for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and restaurant supplies.
Ensure accurate recording of receipts, transfers, issues, returns, adjustments, and disposals in SAP.
Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Support daily to annual inventory counts across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with FIFO and FEFO and monitor shrinkage and wastage.
Prepare variance analyses and reconciliation schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure audit readiness.
