Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller (SAP) to safeguard inventory accuracy across a fast-paced QSR operation.

You will monitor movements, maintain SAP records, conduct reconciliations, and ensure adherence to control procedures across commissaries, warehouses, and restaurant branches. The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in inventory control or related fields and strong SAP ERP knowledge, with Excel proficiency and excellent cross-team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control/audit or warehousing/supply chain.
• Experience in QSR, restaurant operations, FMCG, food manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is required; SAP Business One is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock movement controls, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for inventory reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory transactions for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and restaurant supplies.
• Ensure accurate SAP recording of receipts, transfers, production issuances, returns, adjustments, and disposals.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Support counts across commissaries, warehouses, and restaurant branches.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and inventory control policies.
• Monitor shrinkage, wastage, spoilage, and losses; report findings to management.
• Prepare variance analyses, reports, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Ops, Commissary, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Assist in improving inventory processes and controls via SAP usage.
• Visit branches and warehouses to validate practices.
