Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP Finance professional in Metro Manila to design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions from a finance perspective, supporting ongoing implementations and client engagements.

You will collaborate with client teams, offshore squads, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful SAP project delivery and apply best practices across RISE and GROW offerings. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder management and thought leadership in SAP finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance/Controlling) with 1–2 full life-cycle SAP implementations.
• Experience in Selective Data Transition projects is a plus.
• Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document & Reporting Compliance is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standards and best practices for RISE and GROW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT, to ensure successful SAP project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes.
• Contribute thought leadership to grow clients and Capgemini's SAP finance practice, including future roadmap insights.

YOUR ROLE

• Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation
• Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes
• Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance
• A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/ or Controlling) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation
• Additional experience in Selective Data Transition projects is a plus
• Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
