Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking a SAP Finance specialist to join an onshore–offshore delivery model. You will design, configure, and optimize SAP Finance solutions in support of client Finance needs while aligning with global best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4+ years of SAP Finance experience.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling with 1-2 full life-cycle SAP implementations.
• Experience in selective data transition projects is a plus.
• Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management across levels.

YOUR ROLE

• Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes

• Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance

• A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/ or Controlling) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation

• Additional experience in Selective Data Transition projects is a plus

• Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus

• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
